Good stay and value

It was a perfect and affordable place to stay for a night out in Indy. It's an older hotel and needs some updates on bathroom fixtures and the complimentary shampoo dispenser was a bit messy. Other that that, the room was clean and quiet.

Hot water went out and we had to move hotels. Still charged us for the day we were there with no water. Was told I’d get a credit and it never showed up. Overpriced in the first place even with water. Elevator was broken. No security. Don’t recommend

Is in the heart of downtown very low key spot had the smallest elevator I've ever seen before bitterly only fits 2 pple but was fast not slow or loud breakfast was good and no issues with parking

Will stay again!!

Stayed in Indy to see comedian Jeff Arcuri at the Old National Theater. This hotel offered prime location, and FREE parking! We booked the hotel a couple months in advance, and when their elevators were down, they messaged us to let us know, incase we needed better accommodations, and needed to cancel the booking and rebook elsewhere. I really appreciated that communication! We did not need elevator, so we were okay with that. On the day of arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Guess what? One of the elevators was up and running! Anyways, we did have to change room's only because the heater was set on 75 and would not turn down lol. The room was extremely hot. It is the middle of December, so we needed to keep heat, just not that hot lol! The same gentleman helped us and was quick to give us a different room. Although we were only in the 1st room for 5 minutes, both rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable, and we had a decent view with our second room. They do have breakfast, but we didn't attend. I always leave a cash tip anytime I stay at a hotel, and this time I forgot to grab cash. I liked the fact that you could do a quick check out and leave a tip through your phone. Although they had a few minor issues between the elevators and the heater, if we attend more events in that area, we will definitely stay here again!

No elevator !!! The rooms were not clean, and there was no hot water in one room; they moved us to another room for hot water. The milk was expired by 2 days - no coffee and the house keep staff bring children to work they they lay in the hallway

Mediocre for the price

The hotel is very worn out. The hallway carpets are very, very stained and dirty. The room and bathroom were clean though. There are no extras at this price ( a little less than $200 per night) but a house cleaner does come to replace the used towels , but doesn’t make the bed. The elevators were all out of service and we were on the 3rd floor. They let us know the week before as if we could find any other room close to the Lucas Center at that point. The front staff person was very nice and helpful. The biggest inconvenience is no convenience stores , or any stores within 1/2 mile that we could find. Since a 1/2 liter of bottled water is $4 at the hotel it was very annoying not to be able to buy more anywhere close.
