It all was pretty ran down from the awful breakfast to the horrendous elevator. Having to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the shower to drain in between showers to the single portable heater trying to heat the hallway.

The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and there was black mold in the corners of the tub. A homeless person made a camp next to my car and we couldn't get in our vehicle. My daughter and I both work up with splitting headaches and felt like we were going to throw up. We think there was something in the room that made us ill. We slowly our way home felt better with fresh air and time.

The staff and cleanliness were fine, but the elevator didn't always work and made us nervous. Breakfast had no knives available (we asked the attendant who spoke very little English). And limited choices of bread. We've stayed here every year and never had problems before.

It was ok. The room was not as good as most in a downtown area. The sink faucet was sitting free, unsecured from the sink. The water was warm but probably only snot 100 degrees at the most. The furnace made a noise all night. It sounded like a jet engine when it was running. There was no soap for the sink and the body wash was empty in the shower. They have the cheap containers attached to the shower wall, but the body wash was empty. But, the price was great...

Good service, clean and newly updated runs and public spaces. Breakfast was standard, but replenished frequently and decent variety. We will plan on staying here again next time we visit this part of Indy

Really convenient location with great parking. Lots of walkable shops and beautiful architecture! Everyone I talked to was very friendly and the facility was clean and well maintained. I had a corner room, which I’ve never had before. Windows wrapped all around the room, so much natural light, it was lovely!
