Staff and pool issues

Toom a 5 day trip to get away from work with the girlfriend. 4 of the 5 days the pool was empty of water and wasnt refilled until friday due to it being the weekend. The staff didnt look like they cared to much at the annoyance of myself and other guests about the pool. The staff also activly smoked right in front of the main door that stated no smoking within 8 feet of it. Food was alright, nothing too fancy but was wnough to get you going. All in all staff was worse then other baymont locations which was upsetting and lack of pool time was also disheartening

There were dirty towels left in the bathroom from the previous guest. The air unit was extremely loud, and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was no exhaust system in the bathroom and the entire hotel smelled of smoke.

Everything was very clean. Wished the room was a little bigger. The bathroom was so small you had to be inside by the toilet to shut the door. The desk chair was broken and we had to sit on the edge to use it. Not sure if anyone did anything about it but we did leave a note on it and we told the front desk. Ironing board opened up but wouldn't close too. Breakfast had the same options every day but there was some variety. Staff was very friendly and the pool area was limited to 15 but nice.

The pool and hot tub was great Bit the hours for the pool were weird. We couldn't swim until 10am and check out is at 11am We ask for a later checkout for Noon .It was no problem with that so the kids were happy about it..The room was clean and nice ...The parking lot need to be picked up and cleaned ..It was a great stay

Kids running up and down the stairs all night so we did not get any sleep. Puke in the hallway that I told them about and instead of cleaning it up they just put a towel over it and left it like that all night. Turns out the kids that were running up and down the halls and stairs all night were the front desk ladies kids. Very disappointing, stay somewhere else if you like sleep and cleanliness.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was good and I appreciated the 6am start time on Saturday morning.
