Everything in this 5,000 sq. ft. home has been updated to accommodate large groups and gatherings. The home sleeps up to 22 people, and there is plenty of street parking, as well as a concrete drive in back with privacy fence and automatic gate.

This historic home has original 14 foot ceilings with 12 foot doors, all original trim and windows that have been professionally restored to their glory, as well as hardwood herringbone patterned floors, flat screen TV's in every room, Exercise Room, Office with Apple Desktop, Board Games and Books, Wine Cellar, 1800 Thread Count Sheets, Bath Sheets for every bathroom, a blue tooth speaker and lightshow projector for 3rd floor. The kitchen will blow you away with the amenities, including a 48" gas stove with double oven and griddle, quartz island with apron sink and touchless faucet, Ninja Blender, Keurig Coffee Maker.
