The room was nice, clean and had room to move around. The balcony was a “Juliet “ balcony so it was very narrow maybe 2 1/2 feet depth, but a nice view of the ocean. Staff was polite. Food from room service was good (cheese burger and fries) but my food trey after eating was left in the room for 2 days - housekeeping didn’t take it. On last day noticed “sugar ants” in the bathroom sink.

My mother had a wonderful time during her stay there. She kept calling me and sending me pictures. She said she had a great time. Everything was nice, clean. Her only complaint was she was not allowed to check in a little bit early as some as our other family members who came after her. She felt she didn't get the same treatment when they were all there for the same event. She watched as the went to their rooms as she quietly waited in the lobby. It is what it is. She still had a wonderful time.

I booked a king size bed with an ocean view for me and my wife. I received confirmation weeks in advance of my order. On the day of our arrival, I learned that they have overbooked rooms and as a result we did not get the king size bedroom. They compensated us with a free dinner voucher, but our disappointment with them was not telling us in advance of this change, obviously this made our experience unpleasant that day.
