Great experience!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The pool area was nice and relaxing. The food and drinks were great. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice balcony area. Beach access was super convenient, just steps away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. What really stood out was the customer service, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I’d absolutely stay here again!

I paid extra for an oceanfront room and got a room on the 6th floor that is ocean view and overlooking the pool and this is not an oceanfront rrom. I should have paid less for this room!

I paid for a room with a balcony I checked in at the front desk. The lady told me that the king Ocean view balcony that I paid for was an absolute beautiful view and a great room. Well, she forgot to mention that when I got up there there was a door Walking out to the patio completely locked in the entire place was on the construction so I had no balcony, which was completely unacceptable. They should’ve notified me of that. I would’ve went to another hotel but instead they just let me into the room with no notice of anything and letting me know that construction would start at 9 AM in the morning when check out at 11 AM works hotel. I’ve never stayed at. They need to understand. They need to accommodate for their inconveniences and I should be fully refunded back to Expedia because this was terrible and Expedia should cut ties with this Place

I reserved a room with a porch but there was only a locked sliding glass door which led to a 5 story drop. The air conditioner was broken when I got to the room. At check in they tried to charge me for parking even though I didn’t have a car. You have to get towels at the front desk but don’t find out until you are in the pool so towels aren’t very useful

Everything was great! The amenities, the beach, the room. Only thing were the pillows were not comfortable at all!! Extremely hard to sleep they were feathers and your head would fall straight to the bottom.

A Gem by the beach!!

Great Hotel..love the idea is by the beach..super convenient having a restaurant in the hotel..lots of hot and cold food lots of varieties..front desk super nice..overall Great experience definitely will come back.
