"Clean tidy friendly"
Arrived at 11am and they didn't have rooms ready as check 8n wasn't till 2pm, and they would call me when it was ready. Half an hour later they called me and we're very attentive. I checked in unit 5 and the room was perfect comfortable tidy and clean. The one thing I will say is that heated pool means it's warm or hot and as I was going to go for a swim it was cold may need some attention. Overall experience outstanding. I usually stay at the Grovesnor but now I think I've found something better.

"excellent motel"
only little issue was parking- tight space wise & number of spaces. Otherwise excellent friendly service and location, and we were there on a busy weekend - sell-out rugby game on the sat night.
