I loved the Breakfast staff. There were kids playing on Elevator, holding button so doors won’t open. I informed front end but nothing changed. Elevator was not stopping on every floor. The pool water was not clear very dirty. At check in lady said she would call me when my room was ready and she never did. There were tic’s on sliding door with eggs nesting. I believe one of the managers gave me some points at check out and that was the best they could do for me she said.

The service was excellent. Very clean room and hotel. However nothing seemed to work. Maintenance had to come fix the tv's and refrigerator. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. And at one point the elevator was down. Though it all the staff was great.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. I highly recommend staying again. The only negative review I have during my stay was the pool. It was not heated as advertised and the Jacuzzi was out of service.

Third time was the charm

After putting me.in three different rooms i finally got an accessible room. I had booked and accessible king suite with rollin shower amd sofa bed. Room did not have sofa bed. The room we ended up with was not a suite but did have the sofa bed and rool in shower

Hotel is very clean staff is friendly. Unfortunately, with the age of the hotel there’s a strong musky smell in the rooms. The faucet in the bathroom has a slow drip. Overall decent stay the stench can become a headache.

We stayed here because of the distance to Towson University. My son had a track meet there, it was very convenient to the college. All the staff was vey friendly and helpful. Our room and the lobby smelled clean when you walked in and looked it too.The breakfast was amazing! The only complaint I have is the elevators. They really need updating. They take so long to come to you especially if you're on one of the top floors like us. Or they open on each floor even if no one is on the floor or skip your floor completely. We were trapped in the elevator for about 10 minutes. I called the front desk they were very apologetic and got someone to assist us. However being trapped in a glass elevator had pros and cons. Pros if you're claustrophobic it helped with that because you could see out. The con was a glass elevator gave off the greenhouse effect. No air was going in the elevator. I was feeling very faint and hot on it. Any longer in the elevator would have been awful. Even with the elevators I still recommend this place. Next time I will ask for a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor and use the stairs.
