The room we were given smelt of cigarette / tobacco smoke. Absolutely shocking customer service, not prepared to issue a refund or another room. The language used totally unacceptable, would not recommend to anyone to stay at this place.
I cannot say too much about this hotel as I didn't stay there. Some weeks before going I cancelled my reservation with Expedia due to the COVID19 situation, and because my parents couldn't travel to UK. Around the date I was supposed to be there, I saw that only one room had been cancelled (even though I received an email from Expedia saying that the whole reservation had been cancelled) and I was charged for one room. I sent them like 5 emails asking for a refund or at least for a smaller charge, and I also called them but it wasn't possible to talk to them.
The customer service of both Langfords Hotel and Expedia are terrible and I don't recommend anybody to use them.

Room was really clean shower was adequate if you could get the temperature right 😮
Only problem we had was the heat, being at the very top of the hotel and not being able to open the windows fully for fear of invading seagulls 😂😂

Stayed for one night, reception staff very friendly and let us check in early as the room was ready. Room was spacious and bed comfy.
Shower pressure a little on the weak side but still ok.
Would stay again, good value for money
Miserable reception..Room TV with no signal despite repair man trying...therefore got another room but no central heating there...could not wait to get out after 2 days..cheap and pretty awful....never again
