My stay was far from what I expected it to be. Unfortunately it was dirty and furniture was peeling, shower door was broken, and did not come with any utensils or pans to cook with as advertised in pictures. I’ve stayed at the Medical Center location and I had a much better experience there including the accessibility of kitchenware. Worst part about it was the roaches. We’ve kept our area very clean and we still had a few small ones come in due to other guest’s uncleanliness. The hallways had a foul odor because of this as well. Customer service wasn’t at its best ability either. In all, this location was disappointing, and could have made my vacation even better if the hotel was in better shape.
