It’s a very large space, with 2.5 bathrooms and a study, in addition to the large bedrooms and closets - which is fantastic. But the check-in process was not as instructed. They said to use the code in the app (which is also texted to you), but the code didn’t work at the lockbox. Calling took forever. The phone prompts are also not clear, which causes a lot of re-routing. Only to find out the code in the app is for the apartment door, NOT to retrieve the fob from the lockbox. Also, the apartment wasn’t really clean. Weirdly, some of the walls were dirty with spills. Also, no hand soap in any bathroom or kitchen. No shampoo or body soap. We were on a tight schedule, so we weren’t even able to go buy any. Lastly, the sheets aren’t great. Super thin and don’t fit, The corners repeatedly come undone. Nothing quite like waking up and the fitted sheet isn’t even under you anymore and you’re laying directly on the mattress!

I really enjoyed my stay.. no complaints check in was very easy.. only issue I had was the shower water smelled bad .. had a smell of sulfur in the water and there was no provided dust pan for the broom

The room (apartment) was the absolute best at an unbelievable price. Checking in late in the evening was the absolute worst. Would not have been able to enter the property without the help of a permanent resident. Took about 1hr 15 minutes to get in the building and then into the room. Check in instructions poor and incomplete. To a much lesser degree, access continued to be a problem thereafter.

This place was fantastic. Two huge bedrooms with their own on suites. (Full tub and shower in each). It was just me so not needed but all very well appointed with easy checkin and check out communication. Would defo stay again

Glitches in communication sent me to an incorrect apt complex, was redirected to a different part of the city, turned out much better than the incorrect one, very nice, cleanliness not on par with concierge living, overall, very comfortable. Need instructions in the apartment for better communication. Had to wing it on a couple of things...
