Shower had no faucet handle. Had to change rooms in a hurry to get ready for ann important appointment. Asked for a refund but they refused, since it was a Hotels.com transaction. Only got $25 credit from Hotels.com for our stress and inconvenience.

When I arrived I waited 20 minutes for service to check into my room. When the man approached he seemed annoyed that I was there. The only person to ever greet me in a decent manner was your maintenance man. No one was ever at the counter when I need services and no one apologizes for the inconvenience. The bed felt like sleeping on a box spring. The a/c felt like it stopped working in the middle of night. I woke up soaked in sweat from it. My dad had another room and said the same about the bed and the a/c did the same thing.
