Everything was exceptional from fast check in to a clean room. My refrigerator was not working upon entry and was changed out within 20 minutes! The only drawback to my stay was the television service: There were no major movie stations which was a disadvantage for me.

Arrived late at night, shuttle already full, room at the end of a carpeted hall, key didn’t work and had to go all the way back to the desk to get it working. Appliances were making a very loud noise so I had to unplug them all to actually sleep. Dead cockroach in the bathroom and a bug trap out by the fridge. Horrible experience, just desperately wanted to go to sleep.
