Horrible! Everything was super clean.. but AC wasnt working.. they switched us to another room.. (smaller) with no discount.. then the key wasnt working… okay.. went to speak to them again.. front desk was rude.. sound like they could care less.. then got inside and the tv wasnt working either.. so got switched again! Never had a bad experience at any HYATT but this one.. NEVER coming here to this one again..
