I requested the room be cleaned daily for three nights daily when I first arrived. When I got back to the room after the first night, the restroom was cleaned an shower cleaned but my bed was not made. I called downstairs to let them know and asked for the manager, Brett. He never called me at all. Also note that I called the desk the same night to be picked up at Memorial TIRR and receptionist did not call the driver. After 30 minutes, I called the mobile and he said he never got the call and apologized.

everything about the property is clean and new. They didnt clean our room until night 4 of 5 and we had to request towels daily. they never came in to take out garbage and cleaning staff was gone by 4p daily. Not clear why they never cleaned our room. Front desk did attempt to fix the problem on the last day
