The hot tub was broken the whole time, the buffet didn’t have eggs one day. Overall the staff was excellent and the room was beautiful so it made up for the other things. The hotel is new and smells nice too! Good amenities

The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The staff was awesome and very helpful. The front desk gentleman I believe his name was Reggie, he helped transfer my room his help was above and beyond my expectations. The lady and gentleman help me carry my bags. I haven't ever given a Hotel a 5 star. From check in/guest services to the very adorable lady that keep the breakfast bar well stocked. Our room was wonderful we didn't use the cleaning services but spoke to the lady that was responsible to clean our room she was also great.

This is one of the very few hotels we’ve stayed at where the photos online actually reflect what we saw in person. It’s clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The wifi could be improved and the water pressure is not as strong as we like. Serena who prepares the breakfast was very attentive to our needs so kudos to her. We highly recommend hotel and would definitely stay here again.
