They downgraded us to a different room because they were having maintenance issues with the original room that we booked, but then the room that they put us in the AC wasn’t working correctly, the ceiling fan was so wobbly it was about to fall out of the ceiling, we found hair and makeup in our bath towels.

It was okay. Getting stuck in the elevator was awful. They refunded me, but they could have done more. Ii was hyperventilating but I had to make a meeting. Homewood suites owes me maybe a free stay.

Our start was quite nice. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were nice and clean. I like that the area is patrolled by police, so safe. It’s also in between two highway entrances, the mall, and a plethora of food options. My only complaints would be the pillows and the pool The pillows were abysmal. Flat, lumpy, just awful. And the pool was most certainly NOT heated.

Hotel was super nice and clean! Loved our room and pool! Breakfast was good. Not as hot at should be but good none of the less
