My husband and I have always chosen to stay here whenever we’re out of town because it’s been one of our favorite places. However, our experience last night was very disappointing. We had our baby with us, but the hallway and our room smelled strongly of weed. We politely asked the front desk to change our room, and the staff acknowledged the smell but told us to wait a couple of hours to see if it would go away before deciding what to do. That response was very frustrating, especially since we had a baby with us. We ended up checking out that night and moving to another hotel. We truly hope management sees this and considers issuing a refund, as we didn’t pay to stay in a room that smelled like weed. It’s unfortunate, because we’ve always enjoyed staying here in the past.

We liked the cleanliness, staff, and service, but we weren’t a fan of the water pressure and temperature, amenities, or property conditions. It seemed like the owner was trying to cut costs everywhere. The water pressure was low, and the water was cold even when we turned it all the way to hot. The room had very low lighting, the soap and shampoo were not very good quality, and it seemed the AC was running at an improper level in the hallways made it smell like mold. We didn’t try the free breakfast, so we had no comments on that. We stayed at this hotel twice but we were so disappointed this time.
