We were disappointed with our stay @ The Montrose Standard "Luxury" Home. We didn't even stay for the second night because it was so worn and felt dirty. The home is very rundown and there were large sticky mouse traps lying all over the place. It would not take a lot to remodel bathrooms and give the place a fresh paint job. I have never left a review like this before but it is beyond warranted. Shocking that as a host/owner of many VRBO properties in HTown, this standard is okay with owner. The home has a lot of character and has so much potential, it just needs some TLC.
