Went to Nottingham for a concert and booked here for the price and convenience. We arrived an hour before check in so there was a small fee but the room price was decent so that wasn’t too much of a problem. Room was tidy and clean and the areas around the reception/bar was clean and tidy. We didn’t eat there as we were meeting friends in town. Would definitely stay here again

We paid for two family rooms with multiple beds. Unable to check in properly because at check in time because the staff was not competent and the Internet was not working. Returned later at night and were given two rooms with single beds... How does that work. Horrible. Two people are sleeping on the floors.

Room, staff, and facilities were great. Breakfast food was good. Accomodations were nice but I had a towel that smelled kind of funky. Everything else was excellent. Hotel was very conveniently located around a lot of shops and restaurants. Lots to do within walking distance and there was a tram stop right outside the hotel as well.
