Our room was partially renovated in the bathroom. The rest of the suite is a little dated. Beds were OK and they had blackout blinds, which was nice. The fridge was nice and cold. We had a table and chair set out on our little patio, which was nice to sit out there at night there is a pool, but we did not use it. For breakfast they had cereal, toast, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, juice, coffee, yogurt and it was until 10:30 AM which was great if you wanted to sleep in a little.

The hotel is fine... think Holiday Inn. The attached Japanese restaurant is superb. This appears to be the closest hotel to the airport. My rideshare did not appear at the ferry terminal, so I got on the bus to the airport. The driver was great and had me transfer to the #1 which took me within a block. Great bus system and nice drivers.

A welcome long night's sleep after a busy day.

It was an opportunity to get some long-overdue sleep. I went to bed at 9:00 pm after a lovely meal at the Sushi restaurant adjacent to the hotel. I had to use ear-plugs to drown out the traffic noise which made for a lovely long sleep (I didn't wake up until 10:00 am this morning.) The bed was comfortable; the room was quite warm (I couldn't find out how to cool it down, but that was OK, I slept most of the night on top of the covers.)

This would be the second time we have stayed there - the first time being quite a few years ago but we decided to try it again as the reviews were good. it is a very nice Motel our only complaint was that even though they don't allow smoking in the rooms anymore our room still had that stale cigarette smell to it. We we're only there for one night so we just let it go that would be our only complaint.

the past is calling, don't pick up!

started with inactive 'keys', so i had to take all my luggage/supper/accoutrements back to the car, go back to the front desk and get them 'activated' the room was in the 400 block, so this may not apply to the other sections of the inn, but the room was like stepping back into the early '80's motel in a two horse town but the price did not reflect this 'historic' offering the mattress was conveniently covered in a no-leak plastic cover (perfect for all your foul deeds, not so great for general sleeping) there was also a 30 degree dip from the shoulders to the pillow in the mattress, coupled with the 'squish-squish' of the plastic mattress pad meant sleep would be hard to come by (maybe this room is not meant for sleeping though!!!!) i showered in the morning and still felt dirty maybe they are waiting to update this section and the rest of the inn is pretty ding-dang good after exiting my dark/dank hovel i looked longingly at the place with decks and deck chairs, and people looking happy and content with their life choices so i would slink back into my 'historic' room and let the thoughts of what may have occurred in my room....
