Staff were very helpful & accommodating. Upgrades are needed on the water regulation system - shower temperatures fluctuated from lukewarm to “shock hot” too often (probably a safety issue) & the beds were uncomfortable (one side was concave with little support & on the other side of the central bump, the mattress was level). More attention was needed to making sure the room was clean before we arrived - there was debris on the bathroom floor & a used towel left on the bathroom hook. And the media system was initially nonfunctioning - the front desk guy had to install a missing cable. We also had issues with our key cards not working - 2-3 trips to the front desk to get that fixed c

We were in a loft with the bathroom on the lower level - not good for night time toilet use. Breakfast was in a run down "garage" with a limited selection (eggs with cheese - no choice, bad for lactose intolerant guests). Expensive!!

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in there was holes in the wall the room looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time including blood on the door. Bathroom was both dirty and had no shower curtain and the carpet was ripped
