Staff were kind and helpful. The room was quite small but clean and simple. There was a fridge and kettle, and they provided tea and coffee in the room. It was nice and quiet.

Prior to our stay, Contact with Hotel was positive and quickly responded too. Check in was quick and room was ready upon arrival. Although the room was small it was adequate for a short nights stay before a very early flight. It was approx 8 mins drive to Gatwick long stay car park.

Check in staff were friendly, room was basic but felt a little run down, although to an acceptable standard. Main issue was the bed, very worn and sunken mattress with a soft mattress topper. Mattress needs to be replaced.

Courteous staff having arrived early hours. Room basic but clean which is all you need for a stopover from/to Gatwick. Would have been useful for a hairdryer & spoon for tea/coffee. Biscuits nice gesture. I would stay here again 🙂

The room I got was not what was advertised to me when I originally booked it. I booked a single room for my last night before flying out the next morning and I did not expect the door of my room to open right to the parking lot/outside. As as a single woman this did not make me feel entirely safe. And the door did not have a dead bolt. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was also poor. It seems like the did do a spot clean and light vacuum and the bedsheets were clean but there was mould around the door frame and the bathroom. Also, if you are coming here from the airport, the airport bus must be requested to take you to the Guest Houses. I did not know that and ended up having to pay an absurd uber price to get me here late at night.

In our short stay 7h. Did not have to much to discover. Good signage to easy locate The property. Friendly staff. Cleanliness could be improved. Shower not used for while. Tea cups dirty. Noisy toilet some flushing system burking after flush.
