THE PROPERTY IS ALL ONE LEVEL WITH A VERY FLAT LOT THAT IN ON 55 FEET OF BEAUTIFUL HONEOYE LAKE INCLUDING A DOCK FOR YOUR BOAT. THERE IS ALSO A NEW GRILL AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE TO ENJOY THE OUTDOORS AND GREAT VIEWS OF THE SURROUNDING BRISTOL HILLS AND LAKE.
