Upon arrival we were greeted promptly with a small gift bag. The bag contained a couple of waters and some snacks. They quickly got us checked in even upgraded 1 of our 2 rooms to a king. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I requested extra pillows when I called to confirm rooms the day before. To our surprise they were stacked neatly on the foot of the bed along with cases in each room. The

Great home away from home!

Rooms were gigantic! Very roomy living space and kitchen. Refrigerator was full sized and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Automated curtains were helpful in keeping room dark. Gym was very nice too. Only issue was minor - coffee could have been stronger.

Property was very new and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was we stayed 3 nights and I don’t think housekeeping ever entered our room. Towels were never replaced, beds never made and I had to go to lobby to request more coffee for room.

Usually a Hilton property has very high standards. This property is the exception. The mattress to start was extremely uncomfortable and that’s where it starts. Our blinds were broken and our deadbolt did not work. The advertised pool was not going to be ready for a year! The breakfast was a complete failure. They were out of coffee and ran out three times while we were at breakfast. The turkey bacon and chicken sausage was undercooked and the boiled eggs looked old. I loaded up on a bagel and a muffin which for a diabetic is not the best move. The hostess was doing everything she could but no way she could do it all herself. All I can say is, it was only one night. Beautiful property but will never come back.
