first we get there at 1:30 pm and they say we have to pay more because it's not 3pm we go for lunch , come back at 2:15 pm and they say okay here's the key (supposedly no added charge) set the thermostat for heat and once it reaches that temp. the air conditioner comes on told that's the system we froze had to shut the thermostat off had scrambled eggs for breakfast and threw up all day need i say more staff hard to understand

The room was dirty when we walked in, the bed sheet was inside out, we asked for room service next morning, the front desk said the cleaning people wouldn’t be in until 9am, 4:45pm the room was still dirty and when I went to the front desk asked again, I was told the cleaning people were left for the day. The doors between 2 rooms were terrible, we could hear everything going on next door. The person next to us had TV on ALL night until 5:30am. We called the front desk to tell them to shut off, he told us to give him 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we called again, nothing happened still. Next day we went to the front desk again to ask for cleaning the room, the same person who told us if we need room service just to let the front desk know that asked me if I told the cleaning people, is my job to inform people to clean the hotel room that we paid for now? And finally they cleaned the rooms but forgot to give any washcloth. Had to go to front desk to ask for it. We stayed for 3 nights, 2 nights no sleep at all. I ask myself why am I paying for hotel rooms if I could not sleep at all? When we checked out, they couldn’t even give me a receipt. We came to MA for national tournament every year, first time stayed in this hotel and it was the worse experience ever. I really shouldn’t pay for that!

Door didn’t close and a school field trip was there making everyone’s stay a nightmare. We repeated door knock ditches occurring all night to front desk- breakfast ran out in the morning because of these other guests. When we checked out, the associate was rude and offered no help. I’ll be expecting a refund from corporate.

You need to not use that awful lavender cleaner you used. The scent was so overwhelming it was disgusting. Am allergic to lavender and Kaitlyn was amazing about swapping out rooms- although there were no other king rooms. Even my husband who has no issues with anything couldn’t stand the over powering scent. Worse part was windows don’t open so we could not even air it out

Stayed the night after losing water in my house nearby . The property looks to be totally remodeled . Room was spotless . Bed comfortable. Dove bath products Theyballow dogs for 25$ extra . We didn’t eat the free breakfast as we left early but it smelled great ! We will always stay here if we need a place to stay in Sturbridge
