My mom is elderly and is often cold. The room temp was governed so that it wouldn't go any warmer than 75. Not only is she often cold, but also the temp for the day was in the 20s, and in the process of getting her into the hotel, she got chilled. When the heat did come on, it would blow cold at first and then warm up. My mom had a pretty unpleasant evening because she couldn't get warm, which means I had an unpleasant evening as well. I think it is ridiculous that a guest can't set the heat or cool where it is comfortable for them.

The breakfast was great. Front desk was nice during check in, but not present at check out. Our heater in the room was obnoxiously loud and kept us up all night. It sounded like it was broken and no one was at the desk to tell during check out. The pool was nice but only had a few chairs for adults to use. There were 10 adults at one point and only 4 chairs.

The room was really great! The only thing I didn't like is that it didn't have a coffee maker was not in it. And the bathroom toilet kept running that you had to open up the back to lift up the one pump.The staff was excellent and very nice.
