Okay so this place is expensive so you would think it will be upmarket - its not. The ONLY thing you are paying for is the location of tower bridge. The building looks like a concrete tower block of old run down flats and the rooms are dark dingy, old fashioned and tired. Most rooms are facing out the back so no actual view of the bridge. The shower doesnt get hot, there is mould in every crack. If you go for the usual double room, dont take any form as suitcase as there is physically no where to put them! They will be in your only narrow walk-space for all your trip. We also got randomly evacuated for hours AND there are horrendously loud building works going on currently that they dont warn you about until check in. Im sad I paid the amount I did for a dark dated room, should have gone premier inn.
