Slow down and enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom home in picturesque Sandy Bay, just a short drive to Hobart and located only 3 minutes walk to the waterfront. Perfect for a family, getaway with friends, or couples stay, the home is fully fenced and features a deck, leafy backyard and alfresco dining area. The property is a convenient, central location in Sandy Bay and includes off street parking. Walk along 'the Golden Mile' to popular Nutgrove beach and end your day with an ice cream from Blac Fig.

The Space:
Located in a quiet residential area, the home has three generously sized bedrooms all with Queen beds.
Renovated, while retaining original features such as floorboards, and ornate fireplaces, the home exudes character and warmth. Featuring a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room ideal for preparing home cooked meals while guests unwind. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooktop, dishwasher and café style coffee machine.

For your comfort, there is a modern bathroom with large shower, separate bath and lots of vanity space. Fully fenced backyard with deck and outdoor setting to enjoy afternoons or evenings outdoors.

Perfect Tassie getaway

Beautifully appointed house in a great area close to the river. Ducted a/c kept us warm and washing dried in no time. Had an issue with the toaster and a new one was delivered promptly. Large sunny living area. Will be back
