Comfy bed, clean amenities. Fully stocked and functional kitchen. Clean, but a bit cold with the brick walls, heater was on most of the time. Electric blankets were on all beds. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows available. Easy check in and check out. Shower, bathroom tap and fridge all leaked. We were missing a curtain- but the manager kindly sourced one to give us some privacy with young kids which was much appreciated. Under new management- hopefully the feedback will help as you can’t fix what you don’t know about! Good luck for the future with your new property and thanks for our 4 night stay!

room next door had family living there front curtain dirty and ripped black mould around hand basin machine [washing?]started up at 2200hrs beside bedroom..front door rattled so much that a chair had to be placed against it very disappointed will never go there again john

We can’t thank the team at Graham Appartments enough. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 4, well equipped kitchen, clean well priced laundry facilities, plenty of space and a fabulous outdoor, fenced play area. Each team member was welcoming and we can’t commend their friendly customer service enough. They allowed early check in as the room was ready and this was so handy after a busy morning. We then had some unexpected medical issues and the team assisted us to hold luggage for over a week until we could collect it. Thank you so much team for assisting us in our time of need. The service here is one of a kind.
