The location of a hotel is great but they tried to save money by turning off the air con in a reception. It was so uncomfortable and warm in a reception. Each time you left your room, air con was turned off as well and it would take a little while for the air con working once key card was inserted in a slot. Also a safe has a generic pin to open it by staff any time even though you have your own pin to lock your stuff in
