Very spacious! Check in and room service cleaning was excellent! Had a washer in the apartment and the dryer is down the hallway less than 10 feet, balcony was nice. Kitchen was great if you have a family and you want to heat up extra food. If you’re from the US and you’re used to big hotel rooms, I would highly recommend Norfork. It’s close to all the attractions within walking distance. No need to take a grab. If you do need a ride to the airport or anywhere else, I would highly recommend the Grab app. I strongly recommend Norfolk! It’s a bit pricey for Vietnam. but for the room size, laundry ability and location it’s worth the money! Location is extremely safe.

Incredible service by the staff... went out of their way to help us get through crowds and parades with luggage during road closures and parades. Great views from 2 of the three bedrooms, balconies everywhere... laundry machine came in handy and washing dried in half a day outside. Plenty of mineral water and a big swimming pool... restaurant too quiet for us but looked well organised. Thank you to all the staff!
