Clean room, little extras in the room (bathrobe, drinking glasses both in bathroom and living area, coffee and mugs, slippers, hand soap, face cloths). These seem like standard hotel offerings but in my experience (at least on Phu Quoc island), not all of these are offered in rooms. Pillows were nice and fluffy and mattress was not overly firm. Our room was spacious and had plenty of storage. Staff were helpful when needing to go from airport to hotel and back as they have heir own client transportation. Cute little inexpensive café located beside the hotel was good and convenient.

The room was very clean, tidy, and well decorated. The bathroom was very well equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And the location was close to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It did what it was supposed to do, put us near the airport. It smelled of cigarette smoke and that was a big turnoff. The room itself was adequate, nothing special, the bed was a little bit hard in the bathroom was fine although there was this weird step up to get to the toilet and I tripped over in the middle of the night and almost sprained my ankle.

AirStar Hotel was very good and close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful, and made sure I had enough water, towels and toilet paper. The bed was very comfortable as I slept quite well. And it helped to have a fridge and kettle. Only things I criticize is the TV was not working because of a bad remote or cable connection, and the shower and toilet requires one to step up to use. There is a metal flap on the drain of the shower that is uneven and can be dangerous. Overall I was satisfied as the location is very good, so I do recommend.
