On the day of check in, 5 hours before I had contact from the property via What's App wanting to shift me to another property in a remote location which I advised was not acceptable. I was about to board a flight to Bangkok and upon arrival there was no response. I went to the property however there was no one there apart from security. I tried calling via the What's App contact, no response. Contacted Expedia and got the Chat assistance. Ended up having to book alternative accommodation at 9.45 p.m and spent the next morning sorting it out with Expedia who have now confirmed a full refund as they could not contact the owner either. I would not reccommend this property to anyone.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! It’s the WORST… they did not have my room which i booked back in August 4 months ahead of my arrival. Left my family stranded with luggages. And have me contacted them through WhatsApp because there is NO FRoNT DESK check in…. And they tried to transition me to a low end sister accoomdation Hotel. Which i refused, so as of now they didn’t Refund my money yet. Therefore, i have to try to DISPUTE this with my credit card. Hotel.com đid not help with either! So BEWARE! Nó sục thính as Free Pick UPor Free Breakfast!!! It’s ALL a SCAM!!!!!

I can't comment on the rooms itself because they never checked me in, I got to property and they told me that the rooms were not in good condition and wouldn't allow me to check in. I had to find another place to stay instead and now they won't refund me because I paid upfront.
