Room was clean and spacious, staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is okay, if you walk about 2km it is a little mkre inviting on the streets. For the price it was a good stay

Excellent Hotel

Pros: AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Cons: More English spoken
Great place to stay,close to the markets. Walking can be difficult due to 8 million motorbikes on the road/footpath(much the same to the local people!!) Taxis are cheep and safe. Your visit to Vietnam, do not stay in the cities, the real Vietnam is out in the country.

Clean hotel well located with helpful staff

Pros: Clean, decor and furniture well maintained and staff helpful
Location: Location was handy to the markets & within easy walking distance of a number of attractions including Remembrance Museum, GPO, Palace , market & other
Clean well located hotel.Room was nice with huge bed. Gym didnt live up to advertisement but everything else very good.Breakfast included covered a wide range of tastes.

Great location

Walking distance to some great restaurants and sites. Hotel is good with a great selection for breakfast and the staff are very helpful. It has a good pool for those hot muggy days after visiting the sites of the city and the massage was do relaxing. Our only problem was the bed had a bit of a back problem each morning extremely uncomfortable but apart from that I would still recommend this hotel the location is great. Mama Cook restaurant on same street number 43 is a great place to try local food. plus for some good tasting Pho go to number 17 same street sorry can't remember name.

Lovely hotel with fabulous friendly staff

Great location and quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Mattresses very hard but a cultural preference I think. We loved it here.

Excellent Welcome to Vietnam - Friendly & Helpful

Pros: Location-close to shops & restaurants. Friendly, Helpful staff. Booked tours & guide spoke Excellent English-He shared facts on the people of Vietnam.
Cons: Keep up the good maintenance and clendiness and look after your motivated staff.
Location: Tours to ChuChi Tunnels and Mekong Delta, Water Puppets, Skyview Restaurant excellent view of HCM city at night.
Found staff friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff were hands on to help with directions and getting taxis. Management can help by giving the staff continuous training to improve their English as we found the staff had poor understanding of the language but would strive to understand what the guess wanted, that showed that they were customer service focused and we could not fault them. We were also pleased that the staff warned us of dangers on the streets this is something most foreign tourist forget as from where they have come they may not have to be wary of such dangers. Thank you for an enjoyable short stay, we hope to come back again soon to explore more of the city.

Pleasant hotel in a good position

Pros: Had most things you would require at a reasonable rate. Breakfasts were great. Catered for Asian tastes but was plenty of things to satisfy us.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not far from markets and some good local eating places nearby. Taxis are plentiful and cheap and tours organised by the hotel were no hassle.
