Hotel is well-located near Hiroshima Station and amenities are generally satisfactory - however, the staff’s service attitude can be improved. Interactions are cold and felt like mere procedural formalities, with barely any smile or efforts to make (foreign) guests feel welcome. This is my second stay at a Via Inn and regrettably I've felt this way previously too. There are better hotels to stay at.

The hotel is extremely well located. There is a mall and many restaurants around. The Hiroshima station is just 3 minutes away. The limousine bus to the airport stops nearby the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and the public bath is a plus. The hotel also has a very good coffee shop.

A lovely hotel with lovely staff. We got there early and they put our bags int the lockers provided. You also get offered a free breakfast and their restaurant is very good with many options and great service. Their rooms are good but fairly small like many hotel rooms in Japan. The staff are very good and even looked after our bags when we checked out and had time to spare before our train. The train station is extremely close to the hotel which is great for heavy luggage etc. Would I stay here again. Most definitely!

Decent choice in Hiroshima. The staff was somewhat less friendly than in other Japanese hotels, and most of the reception staff could not speak any English. The location is perfect - 3 minutes walk from the Hiroshima station. The room was somewhat small even for city-center standards, and the bathroom was really tiny and uncomfortable.

Super close to Hiroshima station which was really convenient for us. Staff were nice and helpful. The baggage storage is a great service as we had a late train back to Tokyo and wanted to do stuff around the city without hauling our luggage around.

Staff was wonderfully helpful, rooms small but standard size for Japan. Amenities were great and breakfast was delicious, don't forget to ask + pay for the breakfast voucher at the front desk before heading to the restaurant! Did not try the onsen here, but imagine it's quite good if it matches the standards of the hotel.
