Very nice hotel, staff and room were both excellent, bit of down side is menu doesn't change much for every day, and if booking via camparenson website you'll need to pay for the health club, on which the website like Expedia doesn't say so. Otherwise fantastic hotel

The staff including Mia on the front desk, Millie on the bar and serving staff in the restaurant were all very helpful. Suggest more help in the bar at busy times as it sometimes takes a long time to get drinks. Special mention to Sarah, Events Manager and the chefs in the kitchen, the special meal for 20 was excellent. Our special occasion anniversary weekend was a great success. Thanks everyone.

The room was clean and large. The staff were pleasant. There was a choice for breakfast and the dining room was well laid out. We had booked a bottomless brunch for my birthday. We hadn't been told that it didn't include cocktails which I have had many bottomless brunches, all of which included cocktails. However, it was enjoyable.

The meals on offer were fantastic. The staff were helpful and polite. Although the room we stayed in was clean, spacious and convenient to get to, the location wasn't the best. Room 100 was located on the ground floor not far from the bar/ entertainment area, so we could hear the clanging of glass ware. Also, the constant light from the corridor was a bother for my husband. I must add, there was a football goal outside our window which was distracting. Apart from those things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property is lovely and well maintained. All members of staff where pleasant. Our room was very clean. It was classed as a suite, but I'm not sure it really was. It had two areas to it, but very basic. The air con didn't work that well which was a shame given the weather was very hot. Other than that it is worth a stay.
