Lovely place to stay over night!
I just enjoyed the stay at the hotel, all conditions provided. You basically have everything you need, all the comfort you’re looking for when travel.

Disappointing
For a Hilton I was disappointed. The shower had no hot water and when we raised it we were told somebody would have a look - they never did. As for parking… it took ages to get out of the car park as there was an event on at the stadium, and we were warned by reception that we may get a letter in the post with a fine but to mention we were guests at the hotel!!

Mixed Feelings
We stayed because we went to watch a football match, our first night was perfect as The Ardencote Bar was open, service was excellent and food was nice, staff excellent and friendly. After the match we tried to get in the Bar again but it was packed which is fair enough after a match had finished but the other Bar in the building closed and would not serve us, we went back to our room and showered and went back down an hour later as we wanted a drink, it was still busy but you could get to the Bar, then it kicked off as Coventry fans started fighting amongst themselves, we were asked for our safety to move in to reception and wait for them to close and reopen once they had cleaned up, again staff were excellent and we got a free drink. We went back in after an hour or so but then they closed up at 8pm so we had to go back to our room and order food in which was a shame, perhaps our fault slightly as we don’t like to eat too early. My only complaint if it is, is if you have a bar area in the Hotel next to reception please have it open for residents, even if there is only one member of staff on it won’t cost much to keep it open. Apart from that Room was excellent.
