Needs TLC and safety checks..

Leaking in pod all over In the bed and by electrics when rained,middle of the night and through the morning, also bathroom floor soaked after a rain fall.no decent tv that worked.. Terrible.. Staff also said,why have they put you in there when the new it was leaking, Offered a 50% refund. Staff rude,always talking about private life and looked so miserable to be there. Such a shame Beautifull place..

Good, but renovation required

I really enjoyed staying here, however the pod i stayed in, Nicky, was comfy, but a couple of renovations required in the bathroom and bedroom. A suggestion would be to panel the inside with some kind of plastic cladding, especially in the bedroom and bathroom.

Good clean room at back of house, which was fortunate as there was a prom taking place at the property. Location is very isolated and nearest town/village is 10 minutes drive away with very little in way of amenties

Lovely room but not really a hotel.

The room was fab, new bathroom new carpet comfy 4 poster and really quiet it is hower a conference and function venue and quite a bit of it was closed off for various functions. Massive place with lots to occupy you (when there aren't functions on) would stay again.

Glamping Pod For a Change :-)

I stayed in a family glamping pod for a change. Was clean & tidy. Had the essentials. Very pleasant setting. Not sure it's big enough for more than 2 people though. Hotel restaurant food very good and well priced. Breakfast was great. Staff very nice. Decor in hotel is wacky (in a nice way though).

With our usual venue booked, we opted for the Old Hall House near NEC—and wow, it truly impressed. The staff were swift and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly, while the quirky décor brought charm without skimping on quality. It’s rare to find a place that’s both refreshingly different and meticulously maintained. We left already planning our return—this one’s a definite keeper!
