Exceeded expectations, but in the two story area, had ground floor room but in the upstairs people were walking around half the night and it was very loud waking us numerous times,.

The kady at the front desk was wearing durty clothes, she was rude. She i formed me that if my 50.00 deposit wasnt returit was my bank, not them. She ran my card twice, once for payment of tbe room and once for the deposit. The also charge a fee for using a credit card. The room had dirty carpets, the walls were cracked snd the showdr had missing tile with brown nasty stuff on the floor

Only issues, the room was not cleaned well. Cigarette found on the floor by the night stand, older rooms and beds. Towels are very thin and small, hot water for shower was mildly warm did not need the cold watwr on. Very poor continental breakfeast and no where to sit to eat. Parking was good.

The area has spotty cell service, no wifi in part of the property & weak wifi where it is available as well as no landline phones. Thins walls but comfy beds & clean rooms. I could hear my neighbors crying all night but felt safe. The staff was so kind.

They have free wifi but its glorified dial up. You might be able to connect but thats about it. They have an empty pop machine. I will say the place is clean. No bugs no stank on anything. Very average place. Ive been in worse for sure but there are much nicer places just over the river in Maysville.

1. The room decor was mostly wood, but all the wood surfaces were sticky, perhaps with layers and layers of wood polish. 2. The room deodorizer/fragrance was overpowering. 3. The fridge was not on upon arrival (for my insulin).
