Overlooking Doctors Gully and nestled amongst Hepburn’s peaceful ambience is Noonameena, a three-bedroom home for families and friends to gather in nature and enjoy the pleasures of life.
A large alfresco dining area under the arches of a 'Taite Decorative Iron' made pergola is a striking feature of this lovely home. Covered in a crimson glory grapevine, during spring and summer you will witness the vine burst into life and cover the pergola in stunning lobed-shaped leaves creating an outdoor room of green providing shade and cool to the entire property. During autumn watch as the vine turns firey orange, scarlet, and crimson-purple. A large dining table, pizza oven and BBQ add to the ideal setting for long lunches and dinners during the warmer months.
The front porch is a peaceful spot to sit and gaze over Doctor's gully with a morning coffee spotting the vast assortment of local birdlife, wallabies, and kangaroos.
The home is kept cosy and warm with split system heating/cooling and a cute wood fire in the lounge. 'Emma' mattresses in the bedrooms and Netflix and wi-fi provided restful sleeps and relaxing nights.
