I booked this place for my bachelorette getaway, looking for something close to Park City at a reasonable price. The space is cute and clean, and while it’s listed to accommodate up to seven people, it can feel a bit crowded with a full group.The only downside we didn’t anticipate was the noise level from upstairs. I didn’t realize it was a basement apartment, and we could hear a toddler running around and also a loud scream early in the morning, which woke us up before our alarms. If you’re an early riser, it probably won’t bother you, but it’s something to keep in mind.Overall, we had a nice stay and it worked well for a one night trip.

I will start off by saying that the space was clean and well-maintained. I was surprised to find that the owners has easy access to the rental property through a sliding door at the top of the stairs. That also lead to a fair amount of noise coming from upstairs. The host has a young family which was not indicated in the listing and we could hear a lot of noise coming from upstairs. It was frustrating that was not communicated clearly in advance. Besides that the property was nice, well maintained and in a good location. As long as you don't mind noise coming from upstairs (people walking, running, talking, babies screaming) it's a nice place to stay.
Door at the entrance that leads to the property owners residence. Was not soundproof in any way and we could easily hear their conversations.
Surprised to find out that despite the listing saying they sleep 8 they would charge extra if there were more than 4 people per night. Wasn't clearly stated in the listing when I booked.

We were very surprised to discover this was a basement to a home occupied by a family with young children. We could hear the family but it wasn’t intrusive. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Centrally located and easy to get to.

Nice place, could be quieter

The basement location was great, well taken care of and very convenient for our stay. The only thing (which was pretty big in our eyes) was that the owners lived in the house upstairs and it was NOT soundproof. Footsteps, conversations and construction work all sounded as if it were in the same room as us. Really want to give a higher rating due to the quality of everything else but it was unfortunately very frustrating.

Three of us stayed here for a couple of days. The host was friendly and responsive. There is occasional noise from upstairs since this is in the basement. It's close to downtown.
