We booked a room that had a separate bedroom and two pullout couches to accommodate 3 adults and a child. Upon arrival we checked in at 4:30pm and the hotel said anytime after 4pm. Our room was not ready at said to return at 5. When we received our keys, we parked and brought our luggage to our room and it only had two queen beds. I called the desk and they said we actually had the room next door as well. My husband went to the lobby to obtain two more keys. The keys they originally gave us opened one door leading into a small area with two doors, which had the two bedrooms. The new bedroom had a kitchen, its own bathroom and bedroom, a pullout couch and a loft. We thought this was great and possibly were given this room because Our originally booked room may have been overbooked. After unpacking about 15 minutes later, the lobby called us and said they made a mistake and we must return to our original two bedroom room because the other had been booked. I told her this was unacceptable that we need the original room that I had booked with the bedroom and two pullout couches as this first bedroom would not accommodate our party. I told her until she figured out that we were not going to leave either room after discussion. She said she would speak to management and get back with us. So we went onto dinner and we had tickets to a concert at 7:30 so we were in a rush. After dinner, it was close to 730 and we were obviously going to be late for our concert, but the lobby had ca

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it did not disappoint! From fun events to a welcoming atmosphere, it’s a great place to stay in Park City with a great location. Christina at the front desk was especially wonderful—so kind, accommodating, and genuinely went out of her way to help us and other guests. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area!

The parking lot was too small/spots were not available for parking my small rental SUV. I parked down the road at public parking garage. Not a huge inconvenience. Room was nice: full kitchen, nice balcony. I could not get the TV to work...something about connectivity issues. That was annoying. I did not bother to contact the front desk.

Our room was in a great location to see the drone show and fireworks. Bed was very comfortable. Not sure why the shampoo in the bathroom is provided as it doesn’t lather at all. Extremely low budget. Parking stalls are too small for most cars. Overall this is a good property.
