This single-level condo offers 1,400 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests.

You will access the first-floor condo from the community garage elevator or stairs. Stepping through the front door, you'll find yourself in a welcoming foyer with a bench and coat hooks. A few more steps and you will be in the main great room, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: Features comfortable furnishings including a sectional queen sleeper sofa, a Roku Smart TV with cable, and a warm gas fireplace. The adjacent private deck features Adirondack chairs and a BBQ grill and is a great place to enjoy the views.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and offers Viking appliances, and a convenient island with seating for three.

Dining Room: The dining area has a table with seating for six.
