The hosting couple is friendly. They have a really small dog and a cat both friendly as well. The lady of the house makes a good breakfast which is included. The rooms are clean with good AC and Wi-Fi but no TV. The bathrooms are nice. There’s a balcony to watch the street.

La Maye, a great local experience.

Our hosts were very hospitable and kind. Location was excellent and only a few minutes walk to the Malecon and places of interest were within close proximity ( walking distance).

I really enjoyed my stay. The owner is very friendly and accommodating during your stay. It is one of the best deals you will find in the area. Malecon is a block away and there are a few local stores for your daily needs. Even Central Park is only about a 15 minute walk away.

Mayelin was a great host and very friendly and helpful. She has a very tiny, cute dog and a cat that hang around as well! The room was nice and she offered water, coffee, and prepared a wonderful breakfast that was only 300 pesos. Thank you Mayelin for the stay!

Mayelin was very patient with my lack of conversational Spanish, and was able to sufficiently communicate with me about many subjects. She was also very conscientious and protective of me. Located a block from El Malecón and within walking distance of many points of interest. Truly an immersive cultural experience.

Enjoyed my stay with this lovely family. Good location, only 10 minutes walk from Havana centre. Hosts are very helpful and can arrange transport to/from airport. Also had working wii fii which is rarity in Havana. When I booked the room it said that breakfast was included but at the end it turned out that I had to pay extra for breakfast. I guess they need to update their listing as it said free breakfast included when I booked.
