I left a shawl - important because of who gave it to me. I called within the hour and they said they found it. They gave me an email to send my return Fedex label. I was told it was found and wrapped and now I called over and over - First I was put on hold twice and no return. I resent the label in case I made a mistake. I called, my number was taken, it was repeated that it was there, but yet, I am still waiting. My tracking number shows that it hasn't been sent.
