Stayed here for one night in a cocoon and overall it’s exceptional value for money. The location is unbeatable and check-in was quick and easy. I’d read reviews mentioning issues for Expedia bookings, but I didn’t run into any problems at all. My first room (2nd floor) was spotless, spacious, with a nice bathroom and a decent bed — but there was loud nightclub noise coming from below. I spoke to reception and they moved me straight away, which suggests they’re aware it can be an issue. The new room on the 7th floor was quieter, though slightly smaller. A few things to be aware of: rooms are very minimal — no hairdryer, iron, fridge, or even glasses. For the price, that’s fair enough, but worth knowing in advance. That said, the WiFi was fast and reliable and the air conditioning worked really well, which made a big difference. There is very limited privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom which wasn’t an issue as I was on my own, but something to bear in mind if travelling with someone else. There’s also a large basement cafeteria area with a coffee shop, which is handy. Bottom line: great budget option in a prime location — just ask to avoid the 2nd floor if you want a good night’s sleep.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for exploring London. Good sized, airy rooms with lovely views. Very nice breakfast. Rrally good value via Expedia!

Beautiful hotel. Very well kept. Ideal location Tried to book swimming as soon as we arrived. No space until 2:30pm the NEXT day
