I've never left a bad review on anything before, but felt i should warn anyone thinking of staying here. This place was nasty! First of all it was freezing cold, even with the heating on full blast, as there was a big gap in the front door letting the -20 degree weather in. The place was run down, lots of damage, broken tiles etc. But the worst part was the dirt. The room/chalet was filthy, especially the bathroom, previous occupants hairs in the bath & sink, absolutely gross! Also the couple staying in the chalet next to us had their car badly damaged overnight, and the parking lot had no working cctv to help them see who done it. Just an all-round awful place to stay.

We loved staying here! Having a kit hen was a plus for our vacation. Its a "rustic" location so if thats your jam, you will love it like we did. Very friendly and helpful owners. Clean cabins and surroundings. Well kept. We will definitely stay here again!

VERY rustic, which I like. Kitchen didn’t have all the utensils we needed but I get it, people steal stuff. I’ll be better prepared the next time. My only point of improvement is that if check-in time begins at 4 PM, then there should be staff on hand to receive us. I shouldn’t have to make a long distance call to ask someone to come to the office and then wait about 15 min for them to arrive. Other folks were wanting to check in, too. Also, the dog that was chained up (on a short leash) in the office had no water available. We’ll probably give them one more try before we decide if this might become a regular stop for us. I like how rustic it was.

​We had a wonderful two-night stay at Rundle Chalets. The cabin was incredibly cozy and provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. There’s something so special about waking up surrounded by the mountains. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We’re already planning our next visit!

Our stay was good overall but the cabin needed a more thorough cleaning before we arrived, the kitchen needed a few more amenities, and the seating in the living area was inadequate. I don’t think the floors were washed, and being a pet friendly hotel we found the floors turned our feet black. There was also pet hair under the couch. There was no can opener, wine glasses, the baking sheets provided were too big to fit into the oven, and there was no tin foil or plastic wrap. The cabin says that it accommodates 6 people, but the couch was very small and the only extra seating were the hard dining chairs. We really appreciated the pet friendliness and the cute Christmas lights on the cabin. I would stay there again, but I would pack more of my kitchen supplies from ho

Booked a studio room for my boyfriend’s birthday as a surprise. Before staying I contacted the desk and asked if we could have a room with a fireplace as some don’t have them, they were super lovely and accommodating! The cabins are rustic and cozy! With the fire going I felt like I was in a hallmark movie, super cute! Way more character than you’d get staying in a hotel for sure. Cabin was as clean as you can get a rustic little cabin. Though some of the pans in the kitchen may have needed an extra wipe down (literally my only complaint and it wasn’t that big of a deal) Very cute place I 10/10 recommend it to anyone who wants a mountain cabin get away!
