Quaint and cute

Absolute bare bones of items in the chalet. Ex. only 2 towels for 2 adults. Ran out of hot water, and it wasn't a long shower. I was able to wash my hair and that's it. I love these cabins are they are so cute and cozy. For the increased summer time prices, a little bit more attention to amenities would have been appreciated.

Very cute place.

Super cute place, everyone was so nice! It’s rustic but comfortable. Just a few minutes away from Banff and fewer to Canmore for all the things you may need. Small cons: if you arrive after dark, the numbers on the buildings are not super easy to see. Also the WiFi code was posted on a shelf hidden behind the TV. All in all a very cute and convenient place to stay.

You get what you pay for - expensive area for hotels - this is one of the cheapest. Bed was rock hard. We are not ones to complain about accommodations. Place is very dated - feels like you are staying at grandma’s basement. Stayed here years ago - has gone down hill since.

the location is excellent. we were told renos are happening but our unit was very sad. It appears the maintenance people are inexperienced or uncaring, or both. see the shower in Unit #37. Old cars stored on the lot are unsightly. Manager Allan was friendly and helpful. It worked out well for us but we are pretty rugged. The site COULD be outstanding but is not at the moment.

The property, although old, was a great place for us to stay one night. If you ride a motorcycle, like us, it was the perfect spot to stop and get a good nights sleep. Its well equipped should you stay more than one night. Our room was clean, functional and had no odor.
