Great Hotel for Cambridge Stay

A very enjoyable stay in a hotel that is well located to the main area of Cambridge. Rooms are large and well appointed. Great breakfast!! Victor at reception was excellent. His helpfulness was very much appreciated. Also commendation to Bernie for his assistance.

Great but one glitch

Poor service in bar and room service as the time the kitchen was closing was approaching. We wanted to order, were given menus and told the staff would be there promptly. No, this did not happen. Room service was not available for the full menu, unlike advertised on the in room menu. A blot on otherwise excellent service and friendliness.

Really great location to explore Cambridge by foot. Opted for Executive room and staff in Executive lunge were very helpful wiht my wife's no-gluten diet. Consierge helpful in recommending places to go and booking punting tips for us. Hop-on-off tour bus stop right outside.

Having air con is priceless in the hot weather. Aircon was good and did not switch itself off automatically. Leads to a great night sleep. Unlike premier inns motto, baking hot room, with Windows that hardly open, next to a busy road

A nice quiet space int be enter of bustling Cambridge. Room was clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast with good choice! Didn’t eat in the evening or use the bar. Car parking is easy although a little expensive, but so is parking everywhere in Cambridge. A great location to walk out from.
