Classic New England Waterfront House Big Lawn Beautiful Sunrise

This is the Main House with 3BR & 3baths on 1.6 acres of ocean waterfront. You will also have exclusive access to the 2BR 0.5bath bunk house with room temperature water May to Oct(water shut off in cold months). There is a separate 1 bedroom in-law apartment above the garage that is not included. I may stay there from time to time. If you want to book the whole property we can send you the other listing.

We sit on a very calm bay and have 5 kayaks for you to explore and experience the Maine costal life!

There is a chance that outdoor space may be shared with me or another guest who stay at the unit above the garage.

You will absolutely have :
- Unobstructed views of the bay.
- 150 feet of direct water frontage of the Bay.
- Kayak launch spot right at the front.
- Easy access to the water for swimming.
- 1.6 Acres of private land, fully embrace the outdoor space.
- Regularly observe wild animals: geese, ducks, fox, turtles, deer, bald eagles, king fishers, red headed wood peckers, fish jumping, clams
- A 3BR 3 full bath main house + 2BR, Half bath and kitchenette bunkhouse house with running room temperature water from May till the end of Oct.
- First floor full bath with no step entrance, step-free shower.
- Total of 1 king beds, 2 queen beds and 6 twin beds.
- Master Bath with luxurious clawfoot tub and bidet.
- Children-friendly home with toys, games and books.
- High-end sheets and towels provided for each guests.
- Fish for striped bass
- Walking distance to Dolphin and Erica's Lobster roll, kayak to Dolphin, or 3 minutes drive to Dolphin.
- Walking distance to Curtis's Cove trail.
- Fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics, coffee maker and lobster pot.
- Outdoor BBQ
- Washer, dryer, cloth hangers, iron, and iron board are provided.
- Essentials are restocked before every stay.
- Use of the garage for storing bikes, kayaks, or parking in inclement weather.
