Holiday Inn Express Gloucester by IHG
Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!
