Short walk to number of malls for you will have wide selections for shopping & dinning and amazing light shows every Tues, Fri & Sat. I will definitely come back and recommend Conrad to all of my family & friends!

Hotel is new, easy access to subway and connected to Raffles City Mall.. Front desk check in staff friendly and professional... concierge helpful. Gym well equipped... indoor swimming pool looks great. However, you must bring your own swimming cap or buy one from them ... otherwise cannot use the pool... Never heard of such rules in other hotels. Point is this kind of information not published by the hotel in their website. Also , shocked to find that upon entering bedroom, housekeeping did not replace free bottled water in the bathroom, which was partially consumed by previous guests. No writing paper nor envelope in their stationery file, even after I deliberately left file open for housekeeping to discover. Buffet breakfast offer a wide selection of western and local food but it is the same food every morning... one can get bored with same selection every morning. Apart from these teething problems, service attitude very good. Just need more awareness.... after it is a 5 star hotel....

Excellent room and location

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great hotel with good amenities, good view, and next to the Raffles City shopping mall. After a late mid-night movie and just walk 2mins back to hotel. * Shanghai Tang soap * TWG tea * Dragon Well tea * Coffee capsules
